London Under The Microscope

For this project, commissioned by the Museum of London, I reimagined the geography of the city through the iconic morphology of the Covid-19 virus to illustrate with data visualisation and sonification how the pandemic has transformed the city.

The animated film captures the first year of the pandemic, and provides a framework that can help viewers to reflect on their lived experience. Data becomes a lens into the past and a conversation starter to anticipate the future.
