Katia Pepe

My name is Katia, I have a degree in Culture and Fashion Styling at the University of Florence and for more than ten years I have been collaborating as costume designer, dressmaker, stylist and artistic creator with individuals, professionals and associations in the artistic-cultural field such as shows, tv, photo shootings, music videos, art performances, fashion and art exhibitions.
As a creative I deal with costumes, clothes, sets and installation, photography and graphics. I likes to observe, study and know; I have a visual memory and I often think with a visual logic. For this reason, in addition to costume and fashion, I approached and passionately moved to the world of photography and graphic design.
Since 2014 I have been carrying out a project called "APLoS - Archivio Per Lo Stile", with the aim of exploring all the "places" in which it can be used and developped costume design and to experiment it with every kind of performing arts; starting from the desire to involve in this process artists of any discipline.
