I have a background in real estate after-sales and property management (which was put on hold in the pandemic). Being a personal contact point for almost 100 homeowners and guests, building long-term relationships with their families and friends, I used customer insights to initiate close collaboration between the siloed teams of the managing company to design a smooth owner/guest experience in the biggest Midetarranean superyacht marina & resort.
