Linda Ray

I am a British wife, mother and grandmother living in Cape Town, South Africa. I enjoy keeping fit by running, trail running and horse riding and enjoy nature. We live close to both the Indian and Atlantic oceans, as well as mountains, vineyards, alpacas and many horses. My hobbies are travel (not currently!), cooking, art, and music and I manage social media accounts for several businesses. I try to get the most out of life and am very active.
