Linda Hooper

My art journey started about 4 years ago. After seeing Lucy Pittaway's art I was inspired to try soft pastels. I have not tried to copy or emulate her work, but she made me smile, so I bought some pastels, a 'how to' book, and got started! Since then I have tried oil pastels, pastel pencils, and many different kinds of coloured pencils. I also tried stained glass art and have a unique garden shed with a stained glass window in one side! Ioana Pioaru's beautiful art inspired me to try ink drawing and I am loving working with this medium. I am an enthusiastic amateur!
