To ensure every detail is perfectly executed when we turn ideas into reality, we are currently seeking a Head of Marketing & Creative Strategy with 6+ years of experience in creative agencies. The role demands a highly creative and organized person capable of strategically turning our work and processes into meaningful content, responding to our signature narrative, and pushing the brand forward with new strategies and projects. As MESURA's Head of Marketing & Creative Strategy, you'll be in charge of:

• Working with the strategy team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications. Ensure the highest quality of creativity in the marketing and advertising communications solutions that the studio delivers.
• Developing and executing complete marketing & media plans. You will drive MESURA through creative and customized marketing activations, focusing on key stories, sales, and digital communication. You'll have direct supervision of all marketing and communications activities, as well as the responsibility of establishing KPIs and following up on results.
• Working hand in hand with the sales team to determine marketing initiatives that support sales development. Developing tailor-made sales strategies and attending key account sales meetings to present customized marketing activation plans.
• Aligning all marketing plans with the agreed budget and regularly tracking marketing expenses. You'll manage and monitor all costs related to marketing and communications and provide regular updates to Management & Finance team.

About you

• Demonstrated ability 6+ years of top notch creative agency experience.
• Be a creative problem solver, conceptual spirit, and creative leader.
• Professional Communication, Marketing or Design degree
• Demonstrable experience in the fields of design/architecture
• Professional use of the Adobe Package (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, creative, and willing to think "outside the box"
• Ability to influence others and move towards a shared vision
• Proficiency in Spanish and English
