We are looking for experts in Brand Design to strengthen our team in Barcelona/Madrid

Responsibilities:
• Conceptualise and co-create ideas for projects of Corporate Identity, Branding and Packaging
• Design and craft beautiful concept visualisations and moodboards – you need to be an expert on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to help define and execute concept direction that is highly creative and meet the clients’ business needs.
• Take the creative lead on assigned projects: input into the creative brief, ideate concepts, brainstorm and pitch ideas.
• Drive, develop, and deliver presentations, and, when appropriate, own meetings and influence their outcomes.

Requirements:
• +5 years of professional experience in Brand Design (Corporate Identity Branding & FMCG Packaging)
• Experience in at least one European or American agency specialising in Brand Design.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop skills with team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups at all levels.
• Fluent in Spanish (and ideally English)
