Based in the heart of Barcelona, you will initially work along our UK head of sales, to ensure your training, understanding, and product level sales skills exceed to the necessary levels to ensure confidence in your communication.

THE ROLE:
As a UK Business Development Executive you will need to work at a very fast pace. You will need to communicate with at least 75/100 contacts per day, but be expected to have experience with techniques that help you ensure your contacts are warm such as email marketing. You will establish contact with the decision makers, qualify specific needs to ensure the lead is a quality opportunity, and then work alongside our head of sales and account managers to issue quotations to win the business.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU MUST HAVE:
• Have at least 3 years Sales and B2B Development experience. We will provide full training & support for you to succeed. However, you must use your own initiative and creativity to build a client pipeline through various channels including email, telephone and social. It is essential you have experience beyond that of just making phone calls and can prove this experience
• Have experience with Strategic Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting
• Have AT LEAST 1 years experience using the SALESFORCE.COM
• Communicate effectively with our marketing team who will support your outreach campaigns
• Be experienced and innovative with data sourcing, campaign planning and lead development
• Follow the professional rules and conduct of our company
• Reach and exceed targets in terms of qualified opportunities and contribution to profits and turnover
• Have developed or worked as mid to senior level in a successful sales team within the last 5 years
• Have Sales Management Experience for managing, planning, delegating and reporting
• Be able to recruit a strong team around you after you have established the blue print for your teams success
• Be native English, but other language skills will be a huge advantage
