Jennie is a restaurant consultant, hospitality expert, creative F&B director, and founder of Jenjuice Hospitality. She started her career in the walls of hotel visionary Ian Schrager and restaurateur Brian McNally, managing the Royalton Hotel and Delano Hotel restaurants. Here, she studied the guest experience and the art of opening impactful F&B destinations for the world to experience, which fueled her love for launching her own company to create F&B spaces for entrepreneurs from scratch.
