Jose Carneiro

My name is Jose Luiz Carneiro! I’m a Miami-raised Brazilian designer currently an assistant designer at Men's Health magazine.

Before transitioning to design, I was previously a biology student at Florida International University. I discovered my love for design after I was given the chance to design the posters for the theater department there and haven’t looked back since.

As a designer, I love packaging design, working with tactile materials, and utilizing analog methods. I’m heavily inspired by science fiction, horror, and anime. I also love anything related to true crime and aliens.

When I’m not working on cool designs you can find me on my couch watching reruns of old cartoons.
