I began making cakes for friends and family about 10 years ago. I have never had time to perfect the skills to make the cakes beautiful by decorating them but I have now retired and want to learn how to design and decorate to a professional level.

I love to see cakes and am inspired by the colours and want to learn how to make better use of blending colours to make my cakes stand out.
