Ilaria Miotto

Visual 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 from Italy, class '95, MA graduated with honors in Visual Arts at the Venice Academy of Fine Arts, with thesis on analysis on the method of image transmission. She takes part in the 'International Center for Research on Contemporary Arts' project promoted by the Venice Biennale, on the ASAC Dati archive, and at the same time she collaborates as storyteller and content creator for the Lineadacqua publishing house in Venice, working in the creation of the art magazine Pulse.
In 2023, the publication "First Skin" was released, which was born on the occasion of the homonymous exhibition that marked the collaboration between the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice and Venice Art Factory with Contemporis ETS, at Spazio Spuma, Venice, in March 2023.
"First Skin" edition gathers paintings and materials from the artist's archives and revolves around the process of bringing forth the emotional elements at the origin of memory.
