Tom Yates

I like to think of myself as a "Maker": music, writing, objects of art (wood, mixed media, you name it). I really like wood carving, but it is tough on my aging hands, so I've wandered into drawing in the last six months. For me, making is Process-- I'm not so concerned with the outcome (although I want to be pleased with it), but it is the doing/making of expression that is most important.
