Eva Lundberg

I enjoy to be creative and paint in different techniques, photograph, embroider, sew clothes, make jewelry, pottery etc.
For 15 years I freelanced as web & graphic designer, also offered illustration and photo editing. I've also worked as a teacher. At the moment I have the opportunity to devote myself to my own artistic development! I'm here to find inspiration, new skills and a nice community.

I am self-taught, in addition to some college courses in image creation, photography, imagery and visual communication, besides web design and development, as well as my education to become a primary school teacher.

I have enjoyed creating and painting for as long as I can remember. It has always existed as an alternative mode of expression for me, which I unfortunately lose sometimes.
My paintings have often reflected my phases in life - introverted motifs with sharp and precise shapes in adolescence, gentle soothing landscapes during the years as a parent of small children, to move to increasingly colorful and imaginative motifs over the years.
A pleasurable experimentation has appeared over time in my art. Different materials and techniques are tested through a chosen theme or consistent form as a framework. Right now I paint mostly in watercolor and acrylic in clear colors. And I work with different kinds of collage, both physical, digital and a combination of both.
