For the past 13+ years, I've been navigating complexity to deliver meaningful experiences across various industries, including financial services, healthcare, government services, executive education, and automotive interfaces. I discover durable opportunities that mutually benefit the customer and organization alike, facilitate collaborative workshops to unlock the creative superpowers of multidisciplinary teams, align stakeholders to develop a shared strategy, design holistic experiences, and deliver it into the hands of customers. I believe in taking an accessible, authentic, and inclusive approach to leadership to set teams up for success. I'm especially passionate about initiatives that improve the lives of marginalized, vulnerable, and underserved communities.

At Intuit, I design experiences that power prosperity for self-employed individuals, small businesses, and accountants. Currently, I'm shaping the future of QuickBooks Assistant 🤖, a revolutionary digital assistant that enhances how customers run their businesses. I also volunteer 10% of my time as an Innovation Catalyst to help internal teams and external organizations find effective ways to incorporate innovation practices to solve big problems creatively.

Previously, I've worked with a variety of clients at IDEO, an award-winning global design consultancy, to deliver innovative solutions that made a massive social impact. During my time there, I:

➜ Designed Journey Connections, an app that empowers all cancer clinic staff to improve patient outcomes throughout their journey and later was used to train nurses.
➜ Co-created Innovator's Accelerator, a ground-breaking online executive education platform that let students master innovation skills, which won a Silver Edison Award in 2014 for Innovative Knowledge and Skill-building Platform. 🏆
➜ Developed Relay, a comprehensive patient-centric suite of clinical trial tools, that streamlines how data is gathered through connected devices to mitigate error, and reduce the overall cost and duration of the clinical trial altogether.
➜ Led design for Casebook, an award-winning case management system that enables social workers to ensure better outcomes for vulnerable children and families. It's now used by Indiana's Department of Child Welfare Services and has won multiple awards since its launch in 2012, including a Code for America Technology Award in 2015 and Design Experience Award from UX Mag in 2014.🏆🏆

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time developing a new skill, hiking scenic trails, globetrotting with family, and getting sleep. ✈️🌎
