My art style leveled up with this course!

I really like the way this teacher plays with 'shapes made up of colour without entirely leaving realism behind, but rather just leaving aside enough that you can use your own imagination to fill in whatever realistic characteristics you want to. That is a 'technique' I find inspirational.

Most inspiring. The steps are detailed enough to feel truly carried through the process. Very supportive discussion forum. I would have been lost a little without Photoshop skills though. The conceptualizing ideas I find additionally helpful in making paintings.

Great course. I love the clear instruction, including the shortcut keys for Photoshop command being shown on screen as Owen is working, making it easy to follow along. The way he paints with just one color and then creating a whole new range of colors digitally is fascinating. I learned a lot!
