I found this course a great introduction to sewing. It covers a lot of essential aspects of sewing a garment and highlights a few tricks that you don’t usually find in your store bought patterns. I have moved on to new projects and I am definitely using all that I’ve learned in this course.

I did like the course and learnt a lot of method. The only thing missing is the smallest pattern does not fit my size and I have gone through all the comments and suggestion given but will still have to figure out how to be able to get this pattern for my size. In fact I joined the course to get the pattern for my size and saddest part is I am missing on that but happy that I got to learn and can revert back whenever I need them. If more small size pattern is put it will be of much help.

I was familiar with Juiliet from the Great British Sewing Bee and was keen to pick up sewing tips from her. I have always wanted to learn how to make my own clothes so this is a great start.

I really enjoyed this course and absolutely loved sewing my dress! I will be wearing it and it is one of the few items I have ever made and actually was able to wear outside of my home. The course was great for anyone wanting to begin their dressmaking journey. I will be using this pattern again to make variations of the dress. The teacher was very good and really explained things well. Thank you!

El curso está muy bien explicado. Yo he tenido un problema con las tallas del patrón del proyecto final, ya que ninguna me sirve y tengo que adaptarlo mucho para intentar hacer el vestido. Así que buscaba algo fácil y guiado al hacer este curso y se ha complicado un poco.
