I've been a graphic designer for over 20 years and I love the gentle encouragement Mr. Haviv gives all the while refreshing us on the foundations of mark design as well the generosity he shows in taking the time to show us a client meeting and to break it down into what he hears and how he interprets the information so he may get started.
