Claire Delsarte

Hi ! I’m Claire Delsarte, a French freelance pattern designer & illustrator based near Lyon in France.
My ambition is to create illustrations and pattern designs that, once printed on objects, fabrics or paper, will enhance everyone's everyday life !
After 20 years' experience in consumer goods marketing for major brands in international companies, I decided to turn my passion for drawing into a career. I trained as an illustrator at a school of applied arts and became a freelance illustrator and pattern designer in 2023.
I create illustrations and all-over patterns mainly for home decor, textile, stationery or packaging. I am fully inspired by nature, flowers and animals, but I love exploring new topics and technics to respond to my inspiration of the moment.
