Working as an CRM consultant for the last couple years, I have been managing IT projects in Vodafone, one of the biggest customer management systems in Portugal. During this time, I also had specialized training in Design Thinking and User Experience, which boosted my creative and innovative mindset.

Given my background and career motivations and as a fast-learner, detail-oriented and with an "out of the box" unique perspective.

Additionally, I speak Portuguese, English and Spanish.
