Introduction
This project seeks to help out and promote our school to the target market: millennial parents with double income households (be it working pr business) seeking information to enroll their kids.
By recognizing this, we need to create something easy and fast to digest. What's better than a short reels to get your info across?
Supplies
Camera, proper lighting, mic
Talk to Units
Ask them on their programs. If it's possible, brainstorm with them about a direct question about the program, or something parents can relate to, that can be answered efficiently.
Create the Script
We're not going anywhere without it!
Do a little research and create cues or questions to direct the talent.
Plan on what B-rolls need to be taken.
Planning the Date and Shoot
Plan on when to take the shoot.
On the shoot, remember to check the lighting and the sound.
Check the clips!
Editing
Time to get to work on the post-production section.
Edit the video. Ensure the information is clear and the music does not overpower the voice.
Give the final version to the source person/team and wait for their feedback. (Video + thumbnail title)
Once cleared, it's time to post!
Post It!
Post the video.
Add on the thumbnail and a little descriptive caption according to the Unit's tone of voice.
Don't forget the hashtag!
