My project for course: Crochet Pattern Design: Find Your Signature Style

In 2018, I visited Rome and one of its villas (Villa of the Quintilii), which was built in the second century AD. I have always loved patterns, and as the saying goes, there is nothing new under the sun. I took several pictures of the floor patterns made in the mosaic technique. I had long wanted to recreate this pattern with a crochet hook, and thanks to your course, I was able to do it! I have two more patterns from this villa in line, and I really hope to move on to the next ones soon. Maybe I will even be able to find other patterns in the ancient ruins of Rome. It's a good thing that I now live in this city!
