My project for course: Introduction to Tattooing

My first tattoo! Used 7RL on pen rotary machine, with voltage 6.5/7 V for contours and 4/5 V for pepper shading. Isn’t the contour of the tattoo too strong? Do I have to low a voltage?(the needle was about 2mm from the tip)
