My project for course: Illustrating Nature: A Creative Exploration

I was inspired by the bluejays that I see in my yard and on my walks. Through working through the 100 jays there was just so much to captivate. I have learned that that I do love a process that goes for quantity. Sketching with both few and many details allowed me to develop a good understanding of the parts that make up this subject. These are really the first three pieces of 'finished' art I have ever made. This process got me thinking differently, the idea of working towards something 'finished'. Two of these are now on my wall and the other was a gift. Lots to take forward and revisit here. Thank you :)
