Basic Roman Mosaic

Attending students are going to receive a box with everything needed to make a first mosaic such as marble tesserae, marble cutters, tweezers, glue and a fibreglass net as well. As to the pattern, you can choose one of ours or make your own.

Following our online lessons you learn step by step how to build Roman Mosaics. After the first session, you will be able to start a mosaic on your own. All in all, there are going to be 2 interactive lessons of 60 minutes each led by Rome-based mosaic masters.

The comprehensive programme includes historical notions, basic mosaic rules, cutting, and textural exercise aiming to generate a dynamic learning process.
