Splash - BG design/Paint

A series of backgrounds for a preschool Tv-series. I worked with storyboards provided by studio, and was responsible for final layouts, style-exploration, designs and final background paintings.
Since the show is aimed for really little kids, that means all shapes and colors should be pretty simple with easy read. But that gave an opportunity to experiment with color vibrancy and textures to boost visual interest.
