Hi! My name is Mariana, I double major in Design and Business Administration and am starting my path as Community Manager for small businesses in my hometown of Bogotá, Colombia.
This course was very helpful to take the first steps in building my first client's social media strategy. This business is called JugosJugos, and its main activity is the delivery of portions of fruit pulp to make the juice-making process a little less complicated. Further than that, my client wanted to build a community around the health benefits of juice consumption by providing information, facts and recipes to our audience, so a value circle is formed in which they get to buy the product while receiving valuable content.

Our niche turned out to be:
30-50 year old women in the high social classes of the north of Bogota, that enjoy taking care of their children, spoiling them and giving them what's best. Health and wellbeing lovers, interested in home maintenance. They dream about peacefulness and happiness within their families, and to grow old without any health inconveniences. They're extremely generous and worry about people they love. They can't stand the dangers of the city, disorder and low maintenance. They enjoy details, and seeing their family members happy.
