Your mission:
- Create visual representations, in both print and electronic media.
- Develop multimedia content for use externally with customers and prospects as part of marketing campaigns, customer training, company announcements, sales collateral, product packaging and more.
- Ensure that designs and videos meet organizational standards and brand expectations.
- Take ownership of the full creation process from idea to finished product.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, especially in the creation of briefs, scripts and storyboards.
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video, as well as, the YouTube account.
- On rare occasions, operate a camera or, if needed, plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations. Select program format for final output, capture/import media, organize raw media, edit footage and sound files, create and insert static and motion graphics, add music/voice-over/SFX, media management and archiving project media.
- Evaluate analytics
You'll be a good fit if you are/have:
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and light video editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative nature, including a willingness to elicit feedback.
- Proven ability to thrive in a team environment and work cross functionally and with leaders at all levels within a company.
- Passion for graphic design and video, follow trends in marketing and social media.
- Knowledge of video creation and editing software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
