Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee online sales channels (e.g., Amazon, El Corte ingles, carrefour, eBay, Manomano, Hombach, rakuten, miravia, and European platforms, company website)
• Build product listings with compelling copy and visuals
• Optimize listings for visibility and conversion
• Handle customer queries and resolve order issues
• Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Plan and execute product promotions
• Ensure accurate stock management across all platforms
Requirements:
• Experience in e-commerce and online selling
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing basics
• Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Bonus: Graphic design or advertising experience
