Digital Production Manager

Hi,

We are looking for a Production Manager that will become the foundation of the team in charge of managing the relationship between our different customers, providers and partners.

Main tasks:

Look for different service providers for audio dubbing works through online marketplaces
Find and interact with new potential customers through online marketplaces
Negotiate fees with providers/clients
Task coordination between different service providers and clients

Preferred qualifications:

Fluent in english (spoken and written).
Video editing software - Premiere, Final Cut, etc.
Audio editing software.
Proactivity and ability to perform complex tasks with little supervision.

We need a highly motivated and proactive individual looking for high growth opportunity. Not afraid of assuming challenges and working on a super dynamic environment.

You will be the first person to assume these tasks and to define the processes from the beginning.

Very good level of English is required. Spanish is a nice to have.

Knowledge of video and audio editing software will also be strongly considered.

No prior experience is needed, although experience in the audio / dubbing / music production industry will also be valued.

We will also strongly consider willingness to move to Gran Canaria (Canary Island) to become the first employee in our Gran Canaria hub and help with the initial setup of the local office.

Initial salary to be negotiated, although the role and salary will rapidly evolve over time as the company grows. Salary will also have variable based on objectives on top of existing fixed salary.
