Victoria Suarez

I was born in Venezuela. I came with her family to the United States ten years ago in search of a better future.
I graduated from Lone Star College with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design at Lone Star College, a degree that I utilized as a career. During my studies at LSC, I discovered that Art is my true life’s passion. Although I enjoy, Ceramics, Painting, and Photography, it is the art of Ceramics thrills and fulfills me the most, because of the infinite possibilities of the variety of steps and processes involved in creating something meaningful from a lump of clay. I am inspired by her love for nature and animals.
This love of fire, water, earth and living things, and my concept of a whimsical inner world, inspire and nurture my abstract artistic creations. Tending to work “large,” and often with mixed media infusions, I received numerous accolades at the LSC-CyFair Bosque Gallery exhibitions, including the “Best of Show” award.
What pleases me the most are the many ways in which viewers see and interpret the works Icreated. I firmly believe that artworks are the mirrors of our souls.
