🙌🏻 As the Global HR Director of the group, corporate role and main responsible for the global people and culture strategy of the group. Working closely and dynamically with the teams for the right talent alignment and growth:
- Team cooperation to align and meet goals by applying creativity and innovation to uncover the best talent to join. Deeply understanding of hiring needs; partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
-Responsible for all the recruitment cycle (direct search/applications, interviews, offer design and management and incorporation)
- Management of the daily HR operational activities related to all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Development of HR operation activities related to talent acquisition and development.
- Design and implementation of the onboarding process for new staff
- Assistance in design and execution of key HR projects
- Organisation of HR trainings and information sessions on key HR topics.
- Referral point-of-contact on employee queries and escalate through the appropriate channels.
