Introduction
January is the perfect time to start planning for the year ahead. I like to reflect on what worked last year, and what didn’t, and figure out how I can grow moving forward. Setting clear goals now helps me stay focused and maximise my time and energy. This course helped me figure out where to begin, which will hopefully allow me to reach what I've set to accomplish.

Some of my goals are just steps to achieve bigger goals.

Goal selector
This was harder than I originally thought. I ended up with 2 goals in the perfect middle so I had to tweak my goals a little.

Choosing the "perfect cake"
It surprised me to find out it was creating community over anything else.

Drill it down into small sections
Now transfer this to my to-do's

Habits, habits..
Very much liked this exercise. This needs to go to my habit tracker so I don't fall back into old ones..

Think like a chef
I love this. My only concern is that I will fall down the rabbit hole at step no. 7. So the pomodoro method here I come..

My ideal week
I've been using the blocking method for some time but IT NEVER WORKS for me, sadly. I get distracted or my schedule shifts. So I only identify major routines in my schedule and everything else is blocked as "studio hours" or "admin". Then I write my 3 goals for the day and small to-dos. It's ok if I don't accomplish everything for the day. Tomorrow is another day :)
There is no scorecard for me - I use a habit tracker for this method, usually in my bullet journal.

Distractions
A recent course I took covered this topic, making it much easier for me to identify my distractions. I’m already working on addressing them.
