Nalia Ziku

Nalia Ziku is active in the theatre and film studies field as professional actress, educator, film editor and creator. She obtained her BA(Hons) Degree in Theatre Studies in the School of Fine Arts at the University of Peloponnese and has completed her professional training in acting and performing arts in "Arhi" Drama School by Nelly Karra in Greece. She completed her internship in the Greek Film Centre (Hellenic Ministry of Culture and Sports) in cinematographic policy and participated in three European Theatre and Performing programs for continuing education in Germany, Ireland and the U.K. Nalia Ziku has performed as lead actress in Athens & Epidaurus Festival under director Yannis Leontaris and has acted in theatre and cinematic productions of performing festivals and independent stages in Greece. She has studied percussion in the Municipal Conservatory of Ioannina and is trained in audiovisual software and executive film production. She is part of one of the Peloponnisos International Documentary Festival (P.I.D.F) film juries and the Volos Festival executive team.
