Isela Muzquiz

My name is Isela, I'm Mexican-American. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs...and well, 3 stray cats that I feed as well. I love animals as they bring me joy. I'm a Christian and a Vegetarian. I liked traveling in the past, before I became a pet mom, and I like languages and foods from other cultures. I like learning new things; new skills, like watercolor. I don't have much experience with it-I am not an artist. I have no professional training in it and I haven't done anything artistic since my days at University more than a decade ago. But someone gifted me some art supplies last Christmas and it started this journey of wanting to try my hand at something artistic. Watercolor caught my interest, and I find it intimidating. I am hoping to learn some techniques. I am doing this for fun, for my pleasure. Maybe, if I am good at it, I would like to gift some art to family and friends.
