Since the very beginning of my career, I've known that my purpose is to help people unlock their potential and navigate fulfilling paths in work and life. Long before “coaching” was a recognized field, I was driven by a deep desire to empower others to believe in themselves and find meaning in their journeys. That passion has remained at the core of my work for over 25 years.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of individuals through transformative moments—whether they were growing and selling companies, developing leadership practices, pivoting careers, navigating life changes, or stepping confidently into new chapters. My approach is grounded in cutting through the noise, identifying the root of challenges, and helping clients uncover fresh perspectives that inspire meaningful action and sustainable change.

In addition to working with entrepreneurs, individuals, and companies of all sizes, I’ve held People and Talent leadership roles at some of the world’s most complex and influential organizations, including Google, Publicis, and WPP. My experience spans the C-suite to early-career professionals, and I bring a results-driven yet deeply human perspective to every engagement.

I am credentialed through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) as a CPCC the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a PCC. I’m also a certified practitioner of DiSC, Contineo DE+I, and Fierce Conversations and a facilitator for the Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment
