I'm an entrepreneurial leader who has 7 years of experience in BPO industry, along this journey I have had the opportunity to work and growth with customers face to face and over the phone providing the best experince ever possible , I have also leading teams with incredible engamement and focused 100% in results, you will always get from me more than is expected, I pull myself to get not only the best results but going beyond, excellent problem solver, and mindset changing. I have made several leadership courses that have helped me to keep developing personally and professonally. I have worked along side of my leaders and I have had the opportunity to lead opperations (HC 60) for quaters what have made me obtein more experience and to understands better what is needed to succes and to lead teams to deliver the best results.

In terms of apps, I have a long experience working with Excel, Outlook, Word, Power point and others presentation apps.

Currently studying Social comunication and digital media, where I have learned how to apply my study knowledge in the company and it have lead me to have a better and open comunication either with my leaders or with the rest of the team members, communication is a key in our role.
