I consider myself pragmatic, creative, resourced, skilled in managing multidisciplinary teams across different geographies, markets and cultures. Committed to the projects and with a clear orientation towards the user and client, permanently fostering teamwork, assertive communication, a culture of responsibility, the establishment of bridges, resilience, creativity and ambition, always with realism, objectivity, planning and focus on results…all of this with lot of passion and respect for work as part of life.

My passion towards work and creativity comes from my background. Throughout my childhood, and since I can remember I was always drawing, assembly and disassembling toys and mimicking my grandfather and uncles in their small plumber shop. I grow up surrounded by handwork and machines so I was naturally drawn in to it, and I loved the idea of transforming, creating and designing something new out of all kind of stuff that I could find. I was a very creative child so inevitably over the years creativity has carried me in my role as Department Director.

During my previous role, I was responsible for developing new projects/products with great strategic importance for the organization, alongside managing the department teams as well as strategically supporting of the manufacturing and commercial departments. I was always keen and ready to participate in international market expansion and exhibitions and nurtured close relations with suppliers and clients.

My education gave me the design and management tools that furthered my career as a Design, Engineering & RDI Department Director. I obtained a degree in Industrial Design and later a postgraduation in Project Management because for me learning never stops, and one always has room for improvement. Over the years I learned about people, behaviors, materials, forms, aesthetics, ergonomics, marketing, management, and business administration, and together with amazing teams we created honest but bold projects that really made impact in people’s lives.

And that’s the drive that I would like to have in your company in order to improve and grow even more as an Industrial Designer and as a person. One always wants to strive and be part of projects that have impact in the society.
