Joan Rasmussen

I loved to draw as a child but was never encouraged to pursue art as I come from a very practical family, and education was all about career. Now that I'm retired, I would love to pursue drawing as a hobby. I love animal portraits, particularly horses as that is my passion. But I love seeing all the pet portraits by local artists and would love to capture these images myself.
