I believe that nowadays big organizations will only success when enabling a community of people that share a mindset about the world and how they want to interact with it to make it better.

Service design is a mindset that understands the world as a complex system that evolves really fast and interacts with it through collaboration of multidisciplinary teams working on continuous innovation of services.

An agile organization is an ecosystem of teams that care about each other because service design mindset is about creating services that love the user and any actor of the organization while achieving the goals of the organization.

I'm currently contributing to this major change at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (6000 employees and 30000 students).

As a freelance, I leverage my experience to guide other organizations to become agile. An ecosystem of service design teams willing to reach excellence in achieving business goals through delivering efficient services that love the user and cares about actors.
