Isaih Porter

Isaih Porter is a small-batch studio potter based out of Santa Barbara, in beautiful Southern California.

His work is inspired by the ardent coastline and carries a humble reverence for the craftspeople of yore.

Honing his craft over the past decade, Isaih produces bespoke ceramics, meant to bring understated excitement and whimsy into your home.

Isaih is also a passionate teacher, actively coaching his ceramics students to push their limits by improving techniques and exploring new creative processes. He currently teaches at the community studio Maker House and the local Santa Barbara City College School for Extended Learning.

From functional objects like everyday bowls or your daily-driver mug to over-the-top statement pieces like five-gallon pitchers or three-foot tall cookie jars, Isaih creates vessels to be lived amongst and together with.
