Hi from Long Island NY! It's freezing out so now I have time to finally get to creating some mosaics. I did a geometric pattern on my bathroom 30 yrs ago. But the only material I could find at the time was 1/2inch marble (pre-internet folks) so I was only able to do diagonal cuts with a wet saw. Somehow my fingers survived that escapade. I have been a textile designer for many years so I have plenty of 2D material to inspire me. Can't wait to try it using materials more suited to details.
