I am a public speaking coach. As a very shy child, I discovered acting and it helped me find my voice. After training and working in the theatre, I moved into production and started working advertising in new business and client management. I cut my teeth presenting and pitching around the world to some of the biggest brands. Now I combine my acting skills with my experience in boardrooms to help other people find their voice! Public speaking coaching is not just about helping people become better communicators. It's about understanding why they might be nervous about presenting and helping them overcome these anxieties. That's why I started my masters in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health, so I could understand what was holding my students back better and help them.
