Muy buena profesora, lo explica todo lento y forma clara, maravilloso todo lo que aprendí, valió la pena el curso con ella, ojala haga mas cursos, ya sea de técnicas o explicar como sabemos los ingredientes, que son naturales y cuáles no o las alergias que alguno de ellos puedan dar a los clientes, o la forma de comercializarlos.
