I really love this course. I Bought the Designer Cake Decorating Book and it is so beautiful and the teacher's part in the book is detailed and just beautifully designed. Taking her classes with video have helped me more to follow her instructions and techniques. Now I feel confident to do my projects applying what I learned.

I really enjoyed watching Emily teach cocoa butter painting. It’s a technique I want to explore in cake decorating. For me the tips have given me inspiration for my projects . Thank you Emily for sharing with us.

I haven't got started yet but I have watched Emily talk us through it. She has a lovely friendly relaxed manner and explains well. I can't wait to actually put a flower design on my cake . Just waiting for Cocoa butter to arrive. I recommend this course 👌
