Creëer fantasielandschappen met aquarel en gouache

I really recommend this course. I have been painting acrylic and watercolor for some time now. I wanted to paint with gouache so I just wanted the basics. The instructor goes through everything you need to know. I am happy that I took the time to watch it.

Ruth is very thorough and methodical. She also is generous in the course pdf resources.

Ruth is one of my favorite teachers and I have enjoyed all her courses. This one is an especially fun way to take your imagination to the next level with simple techniques and shapes. Painting these loose watercolor backgrounds is my new favorite way to relax and I have a stack on hand to turn to whenever I hit a creative block. They’re also great to give to friends and family as a reverse coloring page - the messier you are the more fun shapes!

This is my second course with Ruth Wilshaw and I must say the are one of my favourites. Not only is she an aspiring artist, she knows how to teach art, too! This course is pretty long in comparison to others. I appreciate that there is always an exercise following her explanations and especially, that she is making her thought process visible. So helpful! And there are so many extra materials which is always rare. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

This is a great course that combines the freedom of watercolour techniques with the opacity of gouache. It was my first time combining both types of paint and it was a great experience. The instructions are clear and methodical. Excellent course!
