Many good ideas for working on/with Vellum and quick portraiture.
The face is one of the hardest things to draw, Mr. Robles did an incredible job demonstrating it step by step!

INTERESTING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I'm full of respect for the artwork of Mr. Robles. But although I admire his work unfortunately this was not at all "my" class. From my very personal point of view, no question Mr. Robles is an awesome sketcher but unfortunately not the greatest teacher. As learning is a very individual thing I truly hope others will experience it differently and come out of this class with some new findings.

This is a great course on quick sketches and using a limited/light range of materials to achieve a good reportage drawing.
Der Kurs an sich ist toll - eine schöne Einführung in das Zeichnen mit Markern. Die Hintergrundinfos zum Beruf des Gerichtzeichners fand ich sehr spannend. Ich habe jetzt sehr viel Respekt vor diesem Genre.
Ich hatte erwartet, mehr zum Thema "Zeichnen in Echtzeit" zu finden. Es wurden zwar Zeichnungen von schnellen Momenten gezeigt, aber der Weg nicht erklärt. Stattdessen gab es ein Porträt von einem eine Dreiviertelstunde still sitzenden Mann. "Echtzeit" hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt.

This course is outstanding.
Being new to the Domestika courses, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was really impressed at how thorough they are.
I was surprised at how many videos/units there were to this impressive Portrait Sketching course.
This course is very thoughtful, and each step is laid out meticulously, and precise.
I am also impressed how the instructors free drawing style carries over into rendering architecture.
Great course. I was intrigued by his process and style, and how to balance speed and quality.
