I have done several Domestika art courses, and this is my favourite. Polina covers each step clearly and systematically, making learning simple and fun.

I absolutely loved this course, this was my Thursday evening entertainment! I am going to buy one of these tiny sketchbooks tomorrow and will try to do 1 sketch/ day. I also really liked the wisdom Polina shared about starting out as an illustrator, criticism on SoMe, etc.

Only thing I'd say is that I always felt "guilty" using POSCAs as they are so pricy. But given the size of these sketchbooks, I'll give it a go and buy some ❤️

Polina Oshu is a great instructor and I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in surface pattern design. The instructions are clear and inspiring and I had great fun drawing colourful patterns with paint markers.

Me costo bastante encontrar el material que me iba bien, ahora lo que me falta es la inspiracion propia, pero ya vendra (o no!) pero me divierto mucho pintando y coloreando.

Wonderful instructor who shares her process and her thinking about why she is doing something a certain way. I liked that she continues to emphasize having fun, and I appreciated the tips on photographing and social media. Highly recommend.

This course can be the beginning of your art journey for creating botanical patterns. It is a good guide to help you understand the basics of composition, colour contrasts and how to go about creating a simple pattern. Like the artist says, you have to keep practising to develop your individual style and patterns.
