Just started this course and it looks great so far. Excited to get some new utensils and materials.

Amazing course. I'm really inspired and motivated. Sorie Kim is a great instructor, gives you options, and understands the challenges. I really enjoyed it and it's a course I'm going to watch again.

I'm a big fan of Peter Han so when this course came up as an Instagram ad I immediately noticed the dynamic sketching course style (which Sorie makes her own, especially with her awesome Lovecraftian fish monsters!). After finishing I immediately started a month challenge to do daily sketching. Sorie makes the act of drawing itself enjoyable regardless of the subject.
I hope she plans to do even more comprehensive courses in the future, she's a fantastic teacher.
I want more!

Sorie is an excellent teacher, and anyone who has not had the opportunity to take dynamic sketching before should take her class!

I really enjoyed this instructor’s teaching and drawing style. I wish there were just a few more drawing together sessions, maybe replacing the organizing sketchbook session. Overall, really glad I took this course.

Great intro course, I really wish Sorie would show more examples and techniques with ink and water colour. Maybe in the second course?

One of the best courses I've done. Sorie is an excellent teacher. My drawings have improved so much since taking the course. Something about her explanations made things clear to me, while I have remained lost listening to other teachers. I really hope she does another course!!

Highly recommend. After years away from drawing I feel like this course rekindled that flame back in me. Sorie does a great job at explaining the concepts and get us in the right direction to draw what we intend.

This course was interesting and very helpful to me. I got the chance to try out new techniques and try things outside my comfort zone. What I didn't like, however, was that sometimes, Sorie started a drawing explaining everything, and then suddenly skipped ahead to the end result showing some final touches but not going thought all the work in between. That left me a bit frustrated and surprised.

Great explanation on how to capture things in proportion and in proper perspective. Her techniques work even for imaginary objects. The way she explained and demonstrated making the rough pencil sketch and then inking over it clicked in my brain! She's a good teacher!

It's an awesome course that opened my eyes- I don't have to push myself to become better and not enjoy a single second of drawing. I just need to enjoy and trust the process.

This course ignited my interest not only in drawing, but also with working in different mediums such as ink and graphite. It's an extremely engaging course that helps you develop your skills and thinking when faced with a blank sheet of paper.

Now that I finished the course, I'm definitely going to continue sketchbooking in the future. It's just so much fun!
