Martí Sans ontdekte fotografie tijdens zijn kookstudie aan de EHTB in Barcelona. Het was toen dat hij zijn carrière als fotograaf begon, gekenmerkt door zijn eerdere ervaring als kok. De kwaliteit van zijn fotografisch werk heeft hem ertoe gebracht te werken voor belangrijke merken in de voedingssector, zoals onder meer Chupa Chups, Gallina Blanca, Burgo de Arias, Aneto of Hipercor.
